I love a challenge. There has been times I walked in to a listing appointment where the owners are frustrated, let down and have just given up. I just settled a listing that 3 Realtors tried to sell previously but were unsuccessful. This Client was referred to me by a Client that I sold their house early in the year with the same situation. Many attempts with no success until I listed it and sold it. Yes it had its problems and there were quite a few. My main goal I accomplished and that was to take the burden off my Clients back. They couldn't thank me enough and that is must just reward. I walked away with them being happy. I was always one that thought out of the box and I'm often asked how did you know that question was going to be asked or how did you know that was going to happen. I am not boasting here but I attribute it to having an excellent business sense, common sense and being a Realist. Once I take a listing or sign on with a Buyer I am there from beginning to end with them. My years of experience has allowed my to ahead in certain areas such as 55 and over communities, Mobile Home Communities, Short-sale properties along with the standard Residential & Commercial listings. I make sure My Clients and I are on the same page before we move ahead with the process. I attain every little fact and statistic that helps me get the job done quickly.
