The most important thing to me is my Family. Second is the manner in which I treat my Clients, successfully achieving what my Clients needs are making sure they are happy after all said and done. I never never never put my needs in front of theirs. Whether it be a Seller or Buyer it remains the same. I can't tell you how important the impression I leave my Clients with after a transaction. The referrals I get prove that. Aside of a thanks, a handshake, thank you cards and/or letters of appreciation written to me and/or my Owner, a referral is the most meaningful thank you a Realtor can receive. My approach to an Owner's listing is to do it right the first time. I request my Seller to work with me in formulating a listing that will knock the Buyer's socks off and entice them to come and take a look. Eight out of 10 times the are glad they did. They say there are 3 factors that sell a home and they are PRICE, LOCATION and CONDITION. I add a fourth and that is to be totally involved and motivated in selling their home whether it be $50,000 or $750,000. My approach in helping find a Buyer their dream home (which also includes a Seller looking for another home), is to go in full depth and detail about everything a Buyer is searching for in a home. If they are looking for a home with daisies in the front yard I will find it for them. Again aside of the 3 factors that sell a home, my 4th that I add for My Buyers is to spend the time looking with my Buyer, being patient and make sure they find the right home for them and their Family and then use my negotiating skills to get it for them.I am a Realtor that is Quality driven not Quantity driven. My priority is devoting my time selling my listings and finding homes for my Buyers instead of adding listing after listing to my resume resulting in neglecting someone. This just took place where the 8 Sellers and Buyers I signed up with in May and June (2019) have settled in June and July. That's being honest and realistic. I am not a part of a team therefore I have worked on my own going on 20 years. It is my responsibility and only mine to bring my Client home. I own it.
