CDPE Designated-Certified Distressed Property Expert-An Agent who has succeeded in obtaining this designation is preferred by the Banks to help a Client when their property is in distress. There are options a home owner doesn't explore. The CDPE will prersent the options available to them.
CRS Designated-Certified Residential Specialist-to qualify an Agent must have a significant mix of experience and number of real estate transactions and successfully complete a rigorous course of advanced training and tests to earn certification from the Council of Residential Specialists. Just 4% of all Realtors in the U.S. can call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist.
ABR Designated-Accredited Buyer Representative-to qualify an Agent must complete an extensive classroom training program on buyer agency practices and procedures, pass a written examination and submit evidence of practical experience as a buyer's representative. Fewer than 4% of all the Agents in the U.S. are Accredited Buyer Representatives.
